Our commitment
Tap Report Inc. is committed to treating all people in a way that respects their dignity and independence. We believe in integration and equal opportunity, and we work to meet the needs of people with disabilities in a timely way. We do this by preventing and removing barriers to accessibility and by meeting the requirements of the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA).
Our website
We aim for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0, Level AA. Our work toward this includes:
- Text descriptions for meaningful images
- Readable colour contrast and text that can be resized
- Pages that can be navigated with a keyboard
- Clear headings and page structure for screen readers
Accessibility is ongoing work. Some older pages and documents, such as PDFs, may not yet fully meet these standards. We review and improve them as we update the site.
Accessible formats and communication supports
If you have trouble accessing any information on our website or about our products, contact us. We'll work with you to get you the information in a way that works for you, such as by email, by phone, or in another format where we can.
Customer service
People with disabilities are welcome to use their own assistive devices, and to be accompanied by a support person or service animal, when dealing with Tap Report. We communicate with people with disabilities in ways that take their disability into account.
